摘　　要： 当代中国民营企业的生长壮大离不开政策扶持,离不开外部硬环境的支持,也同样离不开“软环境”的支持。比较而言,时下民营企业的发展进步,继续需要硬环境支持的同时,还应想方设法为民营企业的发展壮大营造健康的“软环境”。这种属于外部因素的“软环境”如何发挥应有的作用,还取决于民营经济内部健康向上的“软环境”的营造。 Growth of centemporary Chinese private enterprise can not leave the support of policy and hard environment the same as the support of soft environment too. Comparatively speaking, while the development and progress of the private enterprise at present needs hard environment to support, we should also try to build healthy soft environment for the development of the private enterprise. How this soft environment which belongs to the external factor play a important role, still depend on the construction of healthy and progressive soft environment within private economy.
