摘　　要： 由于我国企业财务管理活动个性化因素的存在 ,使财务管理案例教学具有区别于其它学科的特色。使财务管理案例具有目的性、真实性、启发性、实践性和跨学科性特点。为使本土化财务管理案例教学取得理想的效果 ,在选择高质量的教学案例的基础上 ,还应对教学各环节进行周密计划 ,精心组织 ,对学生进行有效激励。 Due to the existence of specific factors in financial administration in domestic enterprises, the case teaching of Financial Administration possess the features that are different from other disciplines. It has the features of purpose, trueness, illumination, practice and multi-disciplines. In order to receive the desirable result in the case teaching of this course, in addition to the selection of teaching cases with high quality, we still need to design the teaching procedures carefully and inspirit students effectively.
