摘　　要： 在知识经济时代,知识是团队成功的关键因素,而知识来源于团队的成员。知识管理团队进行成员的选择是一个复杂的问题,文章首先对协同网络和知识管理团队进行界定,提出知识管理团队在协同网络中解决问题的时候必须要进行成员的选择;然后讨论了协同网络中知识管理团队进行成员选择的过程和方法;最后讨论了成员选择的最优原则。 In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge is the important factor to team＇s success . Knowledge comes from team partners, and knowledge management team partners selection is a complex problem. At first, this paper describes the collaborative network and knowledge management team, and proposes that the knowledge management team must select the partners in order to resolve problems in collaborative network. Then it discusses the process and method of partner selection of the knowledge management team in the collaborative network. At last, it discusses optimal principle for partners selection.
