关于幼儿汉语课堂管理的调查分析

摘  要: 良好的课堂管理是有效教学的重要条件。幼儿汉语课堂由于教学对象的特殊性,其管理问题应引起特别的关注和重视。采用问卷调查法,针对幼儿汉语课堂管理的相关问题设计问卷,调查了68位海内外幼儿汉语教师。调查发现,89.71%的被调查者认为幼儿汉语课堂管理很重要,有77.94%的教师总是或经常为此感到苦恼,而对课堂管理效果自评"非常满意"的只有47.06%。在提高课堂管理有效性方面,把焦点放在问题学生的课堂管理和教师权威型关系下的课堂管理效果较好。因此,建立教师权威型关系、明确课堂规则、表达教师期望、立刻纠正问题行为等,对幼儿汉语课堂管理具有积极作用。 A well-managed classroom has positive effects on teaching efficiency.Due to the special teaching individuals and various circumstances,teaching pre-school children Chinese in international school,teachers should pay more attention and teach with extra care for those children.In this paper,68 Chinese language teachers at home and abroad are surveyed by questionnaire survey,which is designed to solve the problems of children’s Chinese classroom management.According to the survey,89.71%of the respondents think that pre-school Chinese classroom management is very important,and 77.94%of the teachers always or often feel distressed about it,while only 47.06%of the teachers are"very satisfied"with the classroom management effect.In terms of improving the effectiveness of classroom management,it is better to focus on the classroom management of problem students and the authoritative relationship of teachers.According to the survey results,the paper holds that the establishment of authoritative relationship of teachers,the definition of classroom rules,the expression of teachers’expectations and the immediate correction of problem behaviors have positive effects on the Chinese classroom management of children.
