摘　　要： 在我国工业化和城镇化的过程中,农民工是实现经济社会持续快速发展的重要有生力量,而对于农民工歧视问题的研究也被学界广泛关注。本文首先结合西方经济学界歧视研究对我国农民工歧视形成原因的研究进行了梳理,接下来对工资歧视、福利歧视、就业机会歧视、前市场歧视等农民工歧视的主要形式进行了总结整理,然后回顾了政府及社会各界对农民工歧视问题的应对策略,最后从农民工自身的角度,对其反歧视意愿以及反歧视行为问题的研究进行了全面回顾。在此基础上,本文指出现有研究的不足与未来研究可拓展的方向,以期为农民工歧视与反歧视问题的深入研究提供有价值的参考。 In the process of China s industrialization and urbanization, rural migrants play important roles in achieving sustainable and rapid economic development. Meanwhile, there is a voluminous literature concentrating on discrimination against rural migrants. This paper firstly examines previous studies on the cause of discrimination against rural migrants in China based on the economics of discrimination. Then it summarizes main forms of discrimination against rural migrants such as wage discrimination, welfare discrimination, employment opportunity discrimination, and pre-market discrimination. It also reviews the governmental and social strategies on anti-discrimination of rural migrants, and investigates rural migrants anti-discrimination willingness and behavior from the perspective of migrants themselves. Finally, this paper discusses the limitations of current research and recommends the directions for future research, aiming at providing valuable references for further research on the discrimination and anti-discrimination of rural migrants.
