摘　　要： 劳动力市场分割问题是劳动经济研究领域的重要问题,这一问题的研究对于解决劳动力市场中的就业、贫困、工资差异、劳动力流动等问题具有重要的理论与现实意义。文章梳理、概括和总结了国内外学者对于劳动力市场分割问题的研究成果,并进行了简要评述。 The problem of labor market segmentation is crucial in the field of labor economy. The study of this problem has theoretical and practical significance to the employment,poverty,pay differential,labor mobility and so on in the labor market. This paper teases out and summarizes research findings about labor market segmentation from domestic and foreign scholars,and then makes a brief review.
