摘　　要： "公德"思想是梁启超"新民说"理论的重要部分,其核心是"利群"。梁启超借鉴西方新伦理的个人主义原则,以及建立在此原则基础上的个人权利、自由平等等思想观念,对公德内涵进行了改造,强调了自由意识、自治精神、国家意识、权利义务观念等。梁启超公德思想对于当下的道德建设仍有借鉴意义。 Liang Qichao’s thought on'social ethics'with public spirit as its core is an important part of his Theory of New Citizens.Liang drew on individualism of new western ethical principles and the ideas of individual rights,freedom and equality based on it for the purpose of reforming social ethics.He emphasizes free will,autonomy,national consciousness and the concept of the rights and obligations.Liang’s thought on social ethics is of reference significance for the on-going moral building in contemporary China.
