摘　　要： 在全国经济发展普遍放缓的情况下，温州经济却保持了相对稳定和繁荣的局面。本文认为这主要得益于温州经济以小型的私营企业为主，分工较细，产权清晰，成本较低，获得了区域规模经济效益，狠抓质量，创品牌，建立遍布全国、伸向世界的销售网络，因而能够不断扩大市场占有份额。 While economic growth slows down nation-wide, Wenzhou continues to see asteady economic growth and prosperity. The author holds that this is because Wenzhou's economy ismainly made up of small-scale private businesses, which have the characteristics of finer division oflabor, better defined property right and lower cost, and have thus achieved regional economies ofscale, Besides, efforts have been made in the areas of quality control, brand name strategy, and theestablishment of a marketing network that covers the whole country and extends to other countries.As a result, Wenzhou's share of the market keeps growing.
