摘　　要： 国内学术界对马克斯.韦伯研究集中在社会学、宗教学、政治学领域,对他的契约思想研究很少。韦伯关于契约自由与市场的关系、古代契约自由与现代契约自由、古代的身份契约与现代的目的契约的观点蕴含着丰富而深刻的经济思想,对我们认识市场经济有非常重要的启示。 There is little research on Max Weber＇s contract thoughts.Weber＇s views on the relationship between freedom of contract and the market,the ancient freedom of contract and the modern freedom of contract,the ancient status contract and the modern purpose contract contain rich and profound economic thought.All these are very important for us to understand the market economy.
