摘　　要： 本文在对西方各主要国家金融制度比较的基础上，结合中国实际，论证了当前以银证合作为基点推动我国金融体制从分业经营向混业经营转换的必然性，并且分析了银证合作的风险来源和监管方法。同时，对一国金融制度的选择进行了反思，认为微观基础的不完善决定了我国金融分业制度的选择。 Based on a comparative study of financial systems of various Western countries and the current situation in China, this essay demonstrates the inevitability of the collaboration between the banks and securities in order to promote the transformation from unity-operation system to the multi-operation system. It al~ discusses the risk resources and regulation methods in the case of collaboration between the banks and securities. In addition, it rethinks the choice of a country's financial system. It considers that the faultiness of the microcosmic groundwork determines the choice of China's unity-operation system.
