摘 要: 高职院校辅导员队伍管理水平是学校核心竞争力的重要组成部分。目前这一管理存在的问题是重使用、重科研而轻队伍建设以及管理制度的冷漠化,高职院校的扩招导致学生人数急剧增多,学生各种心理问题的出现是造成辅导员队伍管理问题的主因。为此,应实施辅导员队伍灵活管理机制,成立相应的管理工作委员会整体协调、明确岗位职责、优化队伍、灵活对待各种现象、提升岗位意识和责任感,达到管理的和谐、高效。 Counselor management level of higher vocational colleges is an important part of the school core competitiveness.At present,the management problem lies in paying more attention to the research than to team building,and the management system is indifferent as well.The sharp increasing number of students due to enrollment expansion of higher vocational college in recent years and students’various psychological problems are the main reasons for causing the counselor team management in trouble.Therefore,the flexible counselors management mechanism should be implemented,the Management Committee should be established for overall coordination and making job responsibilities clear,and counselors team should be optimized for dealing with various phenomena flexibly so as to enhance counselors’ consciousness and sense of responsibility and achieve efficient and harmonious management.
