摘　　要： 高职院校职业指导工作存在人、财、物分散问题,难以形成合力。只有将职业指导工作实施项目化管理,将项目内容科学地分解为管理、申请、考核等三方面,制定操作性较强的管理性文件、申请和考核表,才能对职业指导工作进行精细化管理,达到项目管理目标的实现。 Higher vocational occupation guidance works separate factors and it is difficult to form force. With the implementation of the project management, three aspects including management, application and appraisal,as well as related documents, will refine the management and will achieve the goal of project management.
