摘　　要： 目前,高职创新创业师资队伍建设上存在着应然与实然的差距,课程体系建构上理论与实践相脱节,实践教育平台打造上呈现出一体化与分散化的矛盾,环境建设上尚未形成良性多元共赢格局。为了提升高职创新创业教育生态体系建设的实效性,应明确高职创新创业教育生态体系的价值,不断优化外部环境,强化内部支撑,构建高职创新创业教育生态体系的合作联动机制。 The ecological system of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational education is open, non-linear and practical. At present, there are gaps in the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship teachers in higher vocational colleges. There is a contradiction between integration and decentralization on the construction of practical education platform, and the benign and diverse win-win situation of environmental construction has not yet been formed. In order to improve the effectiveness of the innovation and ecological system of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational education, it is necessary to clarify the value of innovation and entrepreneurship education ecological system in higher vocational education, constantly optimize the external environment, strengthen internal support, and construct the cooperative linkage mechanism of innovation and entrepreneurship education ecological system.
