摘　　要： 工匠精神的内涵包括爱岗敬业、勇于创新、坚持不懈、吃苦耐劳、精益求精、一丝不苟等。培养高职院校财经类学生的工匠精神是我国经济转型升级的需要,是满足人们对高品质商品需求的需要,是实现高职院校长远发展的需要。高职院校培育财经类专业学生的工匠精神应该以人才培养方案为突破口、以课堂教学为主阵地、以顶岗实习为辅助手段、以校园文化为媒介。 The craftsman's spirit includes dedication,innovation,persistence,diligence,excellence and meticulosity. Cultivating the craftsman's spirit for finance and economics major students in higher vocational colleges is the demand of our country's economic transformation and upgrading,people's satisfaction to the requirement of high-quality commodities,and also the realization of long-term development. Therefore,the following aspects are as the key points to cultivate craftsman's spirit: taking the talents' training program as breakthrough,making the classroom teaching as foundation,using the replacement internship as supplementary means,and regarding the campus culture as media.
