摘　　要： "中国制造2025"为职业教育带来了新的发展契机和挑战,要求职业院校提升人才培养质量、调整人才培养规格、提升办学层次、扩大高端技能型人才供给规模、构建融通开放的职业教育体系。在此背景下,必须加快推进职业教育的转型与升级,为我国制造业强国战略作支撑。应推动职业教育人才培养目标升级,以适应"中国制造2025"发展要求;大力实施现代学徒制,弘扬和培育"中国制造2025"所需的工匠精神;以"中国制造2025"为导向,助推职业教育走向开放化;对接"中国制造2025",打造校企合作"升级版"。 The ＂Made in China 2025＂ plan has brought new development opportunities and challenges for vocational education. It requires vocational colleges to improve the quality of personnel training, adjust the personnel training standards, opening vocational education expand the scale of supply system. In this context, we of high- skilled talents, and construct financing and must accelerate the transformation and upgrading of vocational education to support China＇s manufacturing power strategy. Specifically, we should promote the upgrading of vocational education personnel training objectives to meet the development requirements of ＂Made in China 2025＂ ; implement the modern apprenticeship, vigorously implement the modern apprenticeship, promote and nurture the craftsman spirit; promote vocational education to open up based on the demand of ＂Made in China 2025＂; and build an upgraded version of the school-enterprise cooperation in order to dock ＂Made in China 2025＂
