摘 要: 抑制门体变形、降低生产成本,是冰箱门体结构优化设计必须解决的难题。本文基于热力耦合的有限元方法,利用ABAQUS软件对冰箱BD-188W门体在较大内外温差载荷作用下产生变形的机理进行研究,并提出了抑制门体变形的最优化方案——内胆结构优化。试验证明,优化后的门体边侧最大变形为1.84mm,符合门体变形控制在2.5mm内的企业内控标准。 Resistance of deformation of the door and cost cutting are the most important for structural optimization of the refrigerator door.In the paper,based on the thermal-stress coupling finite element method,the deformation of the BD-188W door is investigated subjected to larger temperature load from difference between inside and outside by using ABAQUS code.The economical and reasonable optimization for the internal bladder is proposed for restraining the deformation of door,which is verified by experimental results.Test shows that the maximal deformation of the side door after optimization is 1.84mm,consistent with deformation control in2.5mm door within the requirements.
