摘　　要： 本文从理论和实践角度研究了权利质权制度中的占有问题 :一、分析了占有是权利质权的公示方式。二、论述权利占有的一般理论。三、区分不同种类的权利质权 ,具体讨论了以下实践性问题 :1、如何移转入质权利的占有问题。 2、同一权利上存在数个质权时如何处理质权人间的占有问题。 3、权利质权的善意取得问题。 The paper studies the possession of the pledge to right from theories and practices:1.Studies possession is the openly means of the pledge to right.2.Explores the essential theories of the possession to right.3.According to the different subjects of the pledge to right,it makes exploration about some practical questions:a.How transfer possession of the pledged right.b.How to solute the possession at the pledge righters when many pledges on the same right.c.Taking the possession of the pledge to right in kindness.
