摘　　要： 2016年5月16日"跨境民族文化遗产论坛"以及百色学院跨境民族文化遗产研究中心的挂牌仪式在百色学院举行。来自厦门大学、广西民族大学、云南民族大学、广西社科院、广西民族文化艺术研究院及百色学院的三十多位专家,围绕跨境民族、文化遗产以及跨境民族文化的核心话题,分别从研究对象、学理建构、研究方法、田野经验、研究困境等不同切入点,做了非常生动、深入又具有启发与反思意义的发言。论坛一致认为,中心的成立与国家"一带一路"紧密呼应,将"跨境民族"和"文化遗产"这两个民族学、人类学的重要话题结合起来探讨,必将产生新的研究空间和学术话语。在研究过程中,通过梳理和探究中国与东南亚跨境民族的族群交往、文化实践和家园遗产,将会促进中国-东盟国家的人文交流与学术合作,加强中国与周边国家(民族)的文化理解与和谐发展。 Forum on Cross-Border Ethnic Cultural Heritage and unveiling ceremony for Baise University＇s Research Center of Cross-Border Cultural Heritage were held in May 16,2016 in Baise University.Centering on such core issues as cross-border ethnics,cultural heritage and culture of cross-border ethnics,more than thirty experts from Xiamen University,Guangxi University for Nationalities,Yunnan Minzu University,Guangxi Academy of Social Sciences,Culture and Arts Research Institute of Guangxi Autonomous Region,and Baise University made in-depth and enlightening speeches with great vividnessand meaningful reflection from research objects,theoretical construction,research methods,field study experience,and study plights on the forum respectively.It was agreed on the forum that the establishment of the center corresponded closely to China＇s ＂Initiative of the Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21 st Century Maritime Silk Road＂;it is supposed to study the two important topics of Ethnology and Anthropology,namely ＂cross-border ethnics＂,and ＂cultural heritage＂ in a combining way,which will generate new research space and academic discourse.And in the process of the study,Cultural exchanges and also academic cooperation between China and countries from the ASEAN will be promoted,and cultural understanding and harmonious development between China and its neighboring countries（ethnic groups）will be strengthened by combing and exploring exchanges,cultural practices and homeland heritages of China and cross-border ethnic groups in Southeast Asia.
