摘　　要： 京族是一个跨国而居的民族群体,我国的京族主要聚居在北部湾西南沿岸地区,世代以捕鱼为生。近现代以来,京族的语言使用经历了从母语“京族话”、粤语“白话”到普通话的拓展。伴随着语言使用习惯的改变,京族自我认同的内涵不断丰富,逐渐从“落后的少数民族”成长为“有文化的中国人”。京族的语言使用及其自我认同的演进,既是地方经济与社会发展的“自然结果”,也体现了当地人在现代国家语境下重新建构自我的努力。 The Jing people is a transnational ethnic group.In China,the Jing people inhabit the southwest coastal area of Beibu Gulf and make their living by fishing for generations.Since modern times,their language used most has gradually changed from their mother tongue,“Jing dialect,”to Cantonese and then to Mandarin.With the change of language habits,the connotation of the Jing people's self-identity has been enriched from“backward minority”to“educated Chinese nation.”The evolution of language use and self-identity of the Jing people is not only the“natural result”of local economic and social development but also reflects the efforts of residents to rebuild themselves in the context of modern countries.
