摘　　要： 在比较汽车逆向物流运作模式基础上,结合我国汽车逆向物流运作现实情况,从逆向供应链视角提出了自营为主、辅以外包的逆向物流运作新模式。这种模式既充分利用了第三方物流服务商的广泛服务网络,又使其对汽车销售服务商起到监督作用,改善了汽车制造企业与最终用户信息不对称的问题,具有较好的实用性。 This paper raised self-operated mode Of operation supported by the logstics Outsoureing from the perspective of the supply chain on the basis of comparing the operation modes and studying the current of automobile reverse logistics. This mode not only takes full advantage of the wide,ranged service networks of the high-quality third-party logistics providers but also makes them supervise the sale ＆ service distributor and improve information asymmetry problem, This mode is practical to some extent.
