摘　　要： 茅于轼老先生近期在《国家经济评论》上发表了一篇文章,认为当今一些有关国际贸易的理论是违反经济学常识的,有些理论的提法是错误的。笔者认为国际贸易理论的提出与发展,有它自己的社会背景与理论基础,国际贸易理论是站在国家的角度解释问题的,并没有违反经济常识,并试图以经济学的基本理论来说明这一问题。 Some peoples think that several theories about international trade are violating the basic economic theories and rome of them are wrong.Professor Mao thinks so too.In the International Economic Review Mr.Mao said his opinions.But the author's opinions are different.In this paper she brings forward her own remark and tries to explain them in economic theories.
