摘　　要： 从系统论的观点看,生态文明法制是城市生态文明系统的重要组成部分。生态文明法制缘起、发展于城市生态文明建设实践活动,是为了缓解因工业发展而造成的城市资源环境与人之间的紧张关系,解决因工业经济高速度发展而带来的严峻的城市病问题。生态文明法制对城市生态文明建设的启示包括:一是城市生态文明建设绝不仅仅是生态城市建设,内容应该是全面的,包括生态政治建设、生态文化建设、生态经济建设和生态社会建设等各个方面;二是城市生态文明建设实践活动的衡量标准是生态伦理道德;三是城市生态文明建设必须跃升至生态文明法制化阶段,城市生态文明建设才能取得实实在在的进步。 The ecological legal system is an important part of urban ecological civilization. The origin and development of the ecological legal system are under the influence of urban ecological civilization construction. The legal system can help ease the tension between the urban resources environment and people,address the urban problems caused by rapid industrial development. Urban ecological civilization construction should be comprehensive,including political,cultural,economic and social construction,not confied to the ecological urban construction. It should be measured by ecological ethics. It will make progress with the help of legal system of ecological civilization.
