摘　　要： 国际环境法的调整对象是国际环境关系,所以国际环境法与国际关系理论的联系是非常紧密的。新自由主义国际机制理论促进了国际环境法的产生,建构主义国际关系理论加速了国际环境法的发展,人类命运共同体国际关系理论必将引领国际环境法的未来发展。国际关系理论在一定程度上揭示了国际环境法产生与发展的理论根源,并以此预测国际环境法的未来发展前景。 The environmental law is formulated to adjust the international environmental relations,which is closely related to international relations theory.The neo-liberal international mechanism theory promotes the emergence of international environmental law,while the constructivist international relations theory accelerates the development of international environmental law,and the international relations theory of a community with a shared future for mankind certainly leads the future development of international environmental law.The international relations theory constitutes the theoretical basis of the emergence and development of international environmental law to a certain extent,on which we can predict the future development of international environmental law.
