摘　　要： 思想政治教育亲和力是思想政治教育有效性的前提和基础。从层次而言,思想政治教育亲和力是内在亲和力和外在亲和力的辨证统一;从要素结构而言,思想政治教育亲和力有静态与动态之分,静态亲和力除了教育者与教育对象这些“人”的要素外,还包括内容亲和力、方法与手段亲和力、情境亲和力等“物”的要素。实际的思想政治教育过程是呈动态发展的,思想政治教育亲和力正是这些要素亲和力互动的“合力”体现。 the Affinity of ideological and political education is the precondition and base of the validity of ideological and political education. In terms of level, the affinity of ideological and political education is a dialectic unity between internal and external affinity; in terms of the elements of structure, the Affinity of ideological and political education is divided into static and dynamic forms. The static affinity includes the affinity of content, method and means and other ＂material＂ factors in addition to such ＂human＂ element as pedagogue and its passive recipient. The actual process of ideological and political education has been developing dynamically. The affinity of ideological and political education is a ＂together＂ embodiment of the interaction of these elements
