摘　　要： 贫困线的制定,是一个关乎理论与决策理念的问题。在对国内外贫困保障标准(贫困线)理论研究评述的基础上,提出了通过生活形态法、基本生活需求法相互结合的方法探讨贫困线的研究路径,并以广州市的城市贫困标准的制定过程为例,对贫困线制定的理论与决策理念进行了探讨。 Determination of the Poverty Line is an issue of theory and decision-maklng. Based on researches in other countries and the related evaluations, the paper suggests a research path of exploring the poverty line by combining the life style method with the basic need method and discusses the theory and decision-making philosophy concerning the standard of poverty line.
