摘　　要： 中国经济转型是一个区域统筹、循序渐进的过程,新型城镇化建设有助于构建城乡一体、区域互动、协同发展的区域经济一体化格局。结构转变与城镇化发展是经济增长与结构转型的两个方面,产业结构服务化与新型城镇化之间存在着互动关系。两者互动模型表明的政策含义是:先发展地区要积极推动产业结构服务化并以此提高城镇化质量,发展中地区要积极借力区域经济一体化以推动工业化与城镇化。 The economic transition in China is a gradual process of overall planning,and the aim of new urbanization is to construct a situation of urban- rural integration、regional interaction and coordinated development. The industrial structure evolution and urbanization are the two sides of economical growth and structural transition. And there is a interactive relationship between tertiarization and new urbanization. The interaction model demonstrate that the first developing regions should actively promote tertiarization to drive the development of quality- type urbanization. The developing regions should borrow power from regional economic integration to push forward industrialization an urbanization.
