摘　　要： 交易效率是决定分工演进从而影响产业结构变迁的关键因素。我国的产业结构转型是一个区域统筹、循序渐进的过程,应该科学规划、合理布局,构建梯度推进的区域产业结构格局。实证分析表明,我国的交易效率存在明显的地区差异,但这种地区差异有逐渐缩小的趋势。为此,一方面,要充分发挥津苏浙粤等省市的交易效率领先优势,加快服务业对外开放步伐,逐步实现服务业的现代化与国际化;另一方面,要加快区域经济一体化进程,促进区域产业交融共生与经济协同发展,努力实现我国产业结构转型的区域协同与内生演进。 Transaction efficiency is a decisive factor in evolution of labor division and thereby affects industrial structure transformation. The industrial structure transformation of China is a gradual process of regional integrated planning. Rational distribution and scientific planning are essential to build a pattern of gradient advancement. The regional disparity of transaction efficiency has narrowed in recent years, but remains large. In this situation, the opening pace of service industry should be quickened to propel internationalization and modernization of the service industry in provinces with advantages in transaction efficiency such as Tianjin, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Guangdong. And the integration of regional economy should also be accelerated to push regional coordination and endogenous evolution of industrial structure transformation.
