摘　　要： 本文以珠三角为代表的先发展地区的产业结构服务化转型为例,论述了拥有经济发展带来的禀赋结构优势,市场化发展带来的交易效率优势,以及人力资本与技术创新的领先优势,是先发展地区推进产业结构服务化转型的客观基础。应强化知识性要素的比较优势,加快区域经济一体化进程;加快低端产业和劳动力"双转移",构建"双轮驱动"的现代产业体系;加快服务业对外开放步伐,稳步推进服务业国际化发展。 It is of great strategic significance of the tertiarization of leading area of economic development represented by Pearl River Delta region ~ The essence of tertiarization under open condition is the regional industry specialization with the evolution of international trade division based on intellectual elements. With an early advantage in endowment structure, transactional efficiency and technological innovation, the leading areas of economic development have a stronger basis of tertiarization. On supporting policy measures, the leading area should forge the comparative advantage in knowledge elements, accelerate regional economic integration ; speed up the ＂double-transfer＂ of labor-intensive industry accompanied by crude labour, build a modern industrial system drived by ＂coupled wheel＂ ; quicken the open pace of services, propel steadily internationalization of service industry.
