摘　　要： 现代服务业发展具有空间溢出效应,可以推动本地制造业外移,并逐步形成现代服务业与制造业协同集聚的产业空间格局。这有利于促进产业分工演进与城市价值链重组,从而实现区域经济的协同发展。在政策涵义上,要以现代服务业发展为主导,加快产业价值链的地域空间重组,建立面向大都市圈的产业分工与协作体系。要以产业结构服务化转型为方向,统筹区域工业化与服务化进程,打造"优势互补、一体发展"的区域经济发展格局。 Modern services have spatial spillover effects, pushing local manufacturing business relocate to the periphery, and tonning the industrial spatial pattern of industrial synergetic agglomeration eventually. This would help the evolution of industrial division and the retonn of value chains among cities, thus promote synergetic development of regional economic. For policy suggestion, modern - services - dominated spatial retonn of industrial value chains should be taken to establish a system of Industrial division and cooperation in Metropolis circle. And regional industrialization and tertiarization should be arranged under a comprehensive view of the general situation.
