摘　　要： 高校社联管理较少涉及对退任学生干部的研究,基于广州某高校"同社联心委员会"的成立为探讨素材,分析了其存在的合理性与必要性,并对社联退任学生干部管理创新的主要特点、面临的困难及其公益作为进行了分析和思考。 There are few research about the retiring cadre of college associations. With the＂social ECG committe＂in one of colle- ges in Guangzhou as the material,this paper analyzes the rationality and necessity of its existence, analyze and think about the main features,the problems and the charity of innovative management of retiring cadre in college association.
