摘　　要： 自“一带一路”倡议提出以来,我国及其沿线多个国家积极参与到“一带一路”的经济建设中,许多国家和地区的经济和政治都得到了快速发展。随着国际政治和经济的不断发展,原有的国际经济贸易纠纷解决机制已经不再适用于“一带一路”的特殊背景,新的贸易纠纷解决机制亟待探索。本文将对“一带一路”背景下的国际经济贸易内容和形式进行详细的分析,就贸易纠纷解决机制展开讨论,希望可以对相关专业人士的工作和研究有所帮助。 Since the Belt and Road Initiative was put forward,China and many countries along the route have actively participated in the economic construction of the Belt and Road.The economy and politics of many countries and regions have developed rapidly.With the continuous development of international politics and economy,the original international economic and trade dispute resolution mechanism is no longer applicable to the special background of the Belt and Road Initiative,and a new trade dispute resolution mechanism needs to be explored urgently.This article will conduct a detailed analysis of the content and form of international economic and trade under the background of the Belt and Road,and discuss the trade dispute resolution mechanism,hoping to be helpful to the work and research of relevant professionals.
