摘　　要： 策略能力是口译能力的核心组成部分,中国英语口译能力等级量表中的策略能力量表旨在为口译教学、学习和测评提供参考框架。本文基于元认知理论,构建口译策略能力量表框架,并以交替传译为例阐述口译策略能力量表的描述语收集及量表化的方法与步骤。结合因子分析结果,文章确定了口译策略能力量表的描述语框架及描述语,指出了口译策略能力量表后续研发中有待探讨的问题。 Strategic competence is a core component of interpreting competence. The strategic competence scale in the Interpreting Scale of the China＇s Standards of English aims to provide a framework of reference for teaching, learn- ing and assessing interpreting. This paper first defines the framework of the strategic competence scale from the per- spective of the recta-cognitive theory. Focusing on consecutive interpreting, the paper then describes the methods and procedures of collecting the descriptors and quantifying the parameters of meta-cognitive strategic competence in inter- preting. Drawing on the results of factor analysis, the paper further constructs the descriptor framework and descrip- tors of strategic competence. It also points out some issues to be addressed in the future development of the strategic competence scale in the Interpreting Scale.
