摘　　要： 熊彼特意义上的产业演化理论认为,新技术对产业的影响需要配套的生产组织管理,最终导致不同的生产技能需求,从而引发职业教育的变革。本文通过一个新技术浪潮影响下的微观生产组织转型案例,运用质性方法研究了"云大物智"新技术浪潮影响下的我国职业教育校企合作方式变革和治理特点。研究发现,新技术浪潮下随着企业的生产设备技术含量增加,所需要的技术技能专用性增强,使得校企合作朝准纵向一体化方向发展,需要配套合适的治理模式的长效性。 According to the industry evolution theory of Joseph Alois Schumpete,the influence of new technology on industries needs corresponding producing organization management,which will result in demands for different production skills and lead to the reform of vocational education.Through a case study of the transformation of a micro producing organization under the influence of new technology,this paper adopts the qualitative research method to study the transformation and management features of the school-enterprise cooperation in Chinese vocational education under the background of new technology of"cloud computing,big data,Internet of Things and Smart City".It is found that influenced by the new technology,the operation of production equipment in enterprises demands for specific skills of workers,which requires that the school-enterprise cooperation should develop into vertical integration and have the corresponding effective management mode to support itself.
