摘　　要： 当前我国会展行业正处在快速发展时期,行业文化建设对会展业有序、健康、可持续性的发展具有重要作用。会展行业文化具有融通、协作和创新的特征,高职会展专业学生只有接受多学科、综合性的教育和培训,才能适应行业对人才的需求。高职会展专业应从人才培养建设、实习实训等方面切实加强会展专业学生行业文化素质。 China＇s exhibition industry is in a period of rapid development, the construction of industry culture has a positive effect on the orderly, healthy and sustainable development of exhibition industry. Exhibition industry culture with integration, collaboration, innovation requires high quality. of professional students. The paper argues that exhibition industry specialty should make improvement in industry culture education in terms of program design, internship and practice in higher vocational education.
