摘　　要： 游艇行业作为我国未来10年最具发展潜力的"朝阳产业",面临着人才短缺的巨大挑战。如何有效解决企业急需人才与毕业生频频跳槽之间的矛盾,是目前急需解决的重大问题。从企业因素、学校因素、毕业生自身因素和社会因素4方面分析学生流失原因,提出切实可行的解决方案,探索出一条具有鲜明特色的发展道路,以更好地服务珠海企业、服务地方区域经济发展。 The yacht industry, as China＇s ＂ sunrise industry＂ with great development potential in the nextten years, is faced with the huge challenge of talent lack. How to effectively solve the contradiction betweenenterprise talent needing and graduate job-hopping, is a urgent significant problem. For the reasons of graduatesloss, namely enterprise factor, school factor, graduate factor and society factor, the author puts forwards practicalsuggestions, explores a development path with distinctive characteristic, to better serve Zhuhai enterprises andlocal regional economic development.
