摘　　要： "双三元"人才培养模式是结合我校自身发展的实际,通过"政校企"、"行校企"的"双三元"合作联动,实现高端技能人才的培养。在学校的"双三元"人才培养模式下的思想政治教育也需要结合社会的发展和需要不断进行创新和突破,为社会培养出高素质、高技能的服务于社会一线的优秀人才。 ＂Double three＂ training model is combined with the actual development of our school itself,through ＂political schools and enterprises＂, ＂line schools and enterprises＂ and ＂double three ＂joint cooperation to achieve high-end train skilled personnel. In ＂Double three＂ training model of ideological and political education schools also need to combine development and social needs continuous innovation and breakthrough for the community to cultivate high-quality,highly skilled services in the community front-line talent.
