摘　　要： 《人臣儆心录》不仅是清代官员的教科书 ,也是今天为官执政的箴言。它所论析针砭的八种官场病———植党、好名、营私、徇利、骄志、作伪、附势、旷官 ,都程度不同地存在于今日的官场 ,可供我们对照反省 ,充分发挥其警示作用。 The book The Phrases-book of Being Officials is not only the textbook of the Qing Dynasty, but also the admonitions to the present government officials. The book was directed against eight general morbid mood in the officialdom such as building up the adherents, purchasing the reputation, seeking the private property, bending the law to comply with the benefit, being swelling with pride, performing in the hypocritical way, going along with the influential and performing the duty perfunctorily. All of those are present in the present officialdom in different degree. So this book should give us introspection in comparison and bring into full play.
