摘　　要： 从六个方面比较了《三国志通俗演义》中董卓与曹操:1.董卓不臣,曹操忠贞;2.董卓无能,曹操多智;3.董卓无情,曹操有义;4.董卓残忍,曹操仁厚;5.一样贪色,两种结局;6.类似的名言,类化的必然。 This thesis makes a sharp contrast in the sit perspectives between Cao Cao and Dong Zhuo in The Ro- mance of Three Kingdoms: 1) Dong Zhuo's disloyal and Cao Cao's loyal; 2) Dong Zhuo's disable and Cao Cao's witty; 3) Dong Zhuo's merciless and Cao Cao's benevolent; 4) Dong Zhuo's cruel and Cao Cao's kind; 5) They both are, but different in the end; 6) similar personal creed and similar humanity.
