摘　　要： 孔子是一个极具个性的政治家,他那充满矛盾的复杂的政治个性既与其天生气质和早年经历有关,更是由春秋时代诡谲多变的政治气候和孔子独特的政治实践所造就的。孔子的政治个性对其政治生涯的影响是双方面的:一方面,促使他积极入世,奔走列国,游说诸侯实行仁政;另一方面,导致他在政治上遭到了多次挫折。 Confucius was a politician of strong political personality. The formation of this complicated self-contradicting personality was not only related to his natural temperament and childhood experience, but also to the swiftly shifting political situation of the spring and autumn ages and his role in politics. His political personality had a twofold influence on his political career: On the one hand, it urged him a positive life time, rushed about the different countries, asked for the kings to practice the human government; On the other hand, it caused him meet with many frustrates on the politics.
