摘　　要： 采用文献资料法等对当前世界范围内"归化"运动员现象以及"归化"运动员的国际趋势进行分析。"归化"运动员主要分为"血源"型、"小树苗"型和"拿来主义"型三种,在国际范围内流动特征符合世界体系理论,且在项目上呈现出多元化态势。中国目前受双重国籍和社会文化意识等影响,"归化"一直与中国无缘。在国际体育全球化发展的今天,我国可以尝试通过对政策制度的改变和社会文化意识的更新,"归化"优秀运动员,为体育发展全球化以及我国的体育事业贡献力量。 By adopting literature review method, this study analyses the world athletes ＂naturalization＂ phenomenon and its interna- tional trend. The naturalized athletes can be mainly divided into three types： blood, sapling and copinism. The worldwide mobility of these athletes accords with the world--system theory and their sport items show great diversity. Recently, issues of dual nationality, social cultural consciousness etc. restrict naturalization in China. In the trend of sports globalization, our country can try to natural- ize elite athletes by changing policies and systems and renewing social cultural consciousness in order to contribute to sports globaliza- tion and China＇s sports enterprise.
