摘　　要： 通过分析广东男排兴与衰的历程 ,了解影响广东男排兴衰的主要因素 ,认为引起广东男排从兴到衰的客观因素是大型化和比赛条件等诸多因素的转变。而主观方面则是对劣变的重要性缺乏足够的认识和应变能力 。 Through analysing Guangdong Province Men's volleyball history of prosperity and degeneration, having understood the major influential factors of Guangdong Province Men's volleyball prospectful and degeneration. Guangdong Province Men's volleyball from prosperty to degenration objective factor is high type and game condition etc. factors have changed, and subjective factor is lack of enough perception and ability of changing to the importance of bad changing.Putting forward the recoyery methods of guang dong Men's vollyball.
