摘　　要： 一侧优势这种人类活动中普遍存在的现象对体育运动的影响是明显的。但目前这方面的研究还很少。本文采用综合研究的方法探讨甲级男排五号位防守利用一侧优势的问题,结果表明:一侧优势在后排五号位防守中是可以利用的,并能取得较好的防守效果。 Most athletes are able to use one side of the body (e.g., either the rightor the left hand)more skilfullythan the other side. This common phenomenon, which we term 'one-side advantage,' was studied in anexperiment with volleyball players in the national 'A' division, and was found to be useful for defensive playin the No. 5 position on the back row.
