摘　　要： 坚持"政企、政事分开"原则是我国深化行政体制改革的重要举措,对我国档案行政管理也产生了重大的影响。通过对比政企、政事分开前后我国档案行政管理的一些状况,总结出改革给我国档案行政管理带来的各种积极改变;同时针对改革所带来的一些问题进行分析,探讨出档案行政管理部门应该采取哪些措施来跟上这次改革的步伐,做好新时期的档案行政管理工作,从而促进我国的档案行政管理工作的可持续发展。 Insisting on the principles of separation of enterprise from administration and separation of public service units from government is the important measure of deepening the reform of administrative system,has some impacts on the Archives Administration in our country. By comparing the conditions of the Archives Administrative Management in our country before and after the reform,the article pointed out the positive changes that the reform has brought to the Archives Administrative Management in our country. At the same time,by analyzing some problems the reform has brought,we can find out what measures the Archives Administration Department should take to keep up with the pace of this reform and to do the management of archives administration well in this new period,so as to promote the sustainable development of Archives Administration Management of our country.
