摘　　要： 针对专升本院校图书馆期刊资源建设面临的主要问题进行分析和探讨,从期刊经费的投入与管理,印刷期刊与电子期刊的采访,期刊文献服务方式的转变等方面提出加强专升本院校馆藏期刊资源建设的策略。 Based on the actual situation faced by the library of junior college to be upgraded in the construction of their periodical resource, the paper discusses puts forward the countermeasures to improve the construction of library periodical resource in the aspects of outlay management, acquisition of printed and digital periodicals, and the change in service way of periodicals, etc.
