摘　　要： 该文通过对耒阳市暑假期间农村中小学生流动情况的考察,发现暑假期间外出的农村中小学生规模相当宏大,形成了一股与"民工潮"相对的"学生潮"。该文首次提出"学生潮"的概念,并揭示和剖析出"学生潮"与"民工潮"之间的内在复杂关系以及"学生潮"对社会尤其是对教育的负面影响。 During the summer vacation, large numbers of primarily and junior school students went out of the rural areas in droves, who are formed a ＂students tide＂ in a great scale. This phenomenon is correlated closely to the ＂peasant workers tide＂. This text is aimed to discuss and analyze about the mutual relation between the two social phenomena-the ＂students tide＂ and the ＂peasant workers tide＂ and the negative influence on society, life and particular education, and puts forwards some related suggestion to these problems.
