摘　　要： 通过中外著名大学对大学生进行科研训练的成功经验和我校对“高年级大学生进行科研训练计划”的实施，阐述对高年级本科生进行科研训练的现实背景、意义、实施办法及对策，并探讨了高等教育如何开展和实施大学生科研训练的方法和策略。 Based on the successful experience in carrying out the senior college students' research training program in both Chinese and overseas prominent institutions and the enforcement of this program at our college, this essay elaborates the realistic background, the significance and the methods of carrying out SRTP among junior and senior undergraduates. In addition, this essay explores the ways and strategies of how to develop and carry out SRTP as well as how to conduct scientific management and provide a better educational environment for training creative talents, so as to make it a key part in undergraduate education and practice.
