摘 要: 一流大学不仅得益于硬件指标的建设,更得益于软性指标的形成,一流大学需要一流的管理德性。管理德性是高校管理中好的性质或管理性质好的状态,是使得一种管理活动好又使其可以出色地完成其功能的品质。它的价值在于:是管理规范到管理德行的中介;具有使高校内部管理各方面成为好的规范和导向功能;具有潜移默化作用。任何大学的管理德性要得以形成和彰显,至少需具备四个前设:先进的管理理念;一流的管理文化;具有德性的领导者;具有批判和辨别精神。对于目前中国的大学而言,要提升管理德性,其实践路径主要有:理念变革管理——从"管理"到"服务",从制度规范到文化规范;建立开放的决策系统和程序,管理民主化;构建权力平衡的组织结构;"制"及其"度"的把握。 First-class universities benefit not only from the construction of hardware indicators,but also from the formation of soft indexes.First-class universities need first-class management virtue.Management virtue is a good quality or good management nature in the management of university.It is a quality that makes a good management activity and enables it to perform its functions excellently.Its value lies in:it is the intermediary of management norm to manage virtue;it has guiding function and makes the inside management of the university become a good standard;it has a subtle influence.The management virtue of any university should be formed and manifested,with at least four pre establishments:advanced management concept;first-class management culture;a leader with virtues;and a spirit of criticism and discrimination.For the current Chinese university,to enhance the management virtue,the practical paths are:to change management philosophy from "management" to "service",from the system specification to cultural norms;to establish open decision-making system and procedures;to carry out democratized management;to construct the organization structure with balanced power;and to pay more attention to the "system" and "degree".
