摘　　要： 泸州籍体操运动员邹凯连续在第29届、30届奥运会上一举夺取体操项目的5枚金牌,成为举世瞩目的"五金王",为国增光。如何培养出更多的"邹凯",这是四川体育工作者尤为关注和重视的课题。通过对泸州市四县三区体操教练和少儿体操队员家长的调查,全面了解和掌握目前该地区体操后备人才培养的现状,以发现问题、"对症下药",为该地区乃至四川省少儿体操后备人才的培养提供思路与对策,也为其他省区提供借鉴。 The dramatic achievement that Luzhou athlete-＂Zou Kai＂ won five golden medal in 29th/30th Olympic gymnastic game made him world famous. How to cultivate more excellent athletes of gymnastic is extremely concerned by municipal government of Sichuan This paper tries to understand the present situation of Cultivation Actuality of Reserve Forces of Luzhou gymnastics and to pose some suitable countermeasures by do some questionnaire on coaches and paterfamilias.
