摘 要: 钟宇平教授的治学方法强调证据和实证取向,认为发展应"让更多人生活得更好"。他认为教育应该承担知识技能传授、合作倾向培养和团结力量凝聚等功能。在教育经济学研究被批评过分强调效率、忽视公平及社会融合等发展目标的背景下,他提出了分工与合作是效率与公平正义的一个可能的协调机制,并提出教育可以通过为分工合作创造能力条件、促进分工合作的生成,增进分工合作的稳定性等,最终形成一个效率与公平正义和谐统一的良序社会。他寄希望于教育经济学研究者去探索实现效率与公平正义双重社会目标的重任,并努力扩展研究领域,突破已有的研究范式。 Professor Chung Yue-ping prefers the paradigm of empirical evidence-based study,arguing that development should"make more people’s lives better".He believes that education should assume the functions of imparting knowledge and skills,training cooperative skills,and promoting cohesion of the society.Under the criticism that the educational economics research places too much emphasis on the efficiency goal of development but neglect equity and social integration,he proposes that division and cooperation is a possible coordination mechanism to solve the dilemma between efficiency and equality.He suggests that education can help to create an efficient,equitable,and harmonious society by training people’s capability to participate in the labor division and cooperation,hence generating and enhancing the stability of labor division and cooperation.He hopes that researchers in educational economics can expand their existing research paradigm to achieve the dual goals of efficiency and equity of our society.
