摘　　要： 智能化技术在媒体行业的应用,使信息的采集、生产、加工、整合、内容分发、核查与判断等各方面都发生了巨大变化,同时也带来了新的生产力。信息采集范围不断扩大,信息分发与推送更加精准,信息应用场景更加多元化。以算法为核心的信息技术重塑着人们的生产、生活和思维方式,也不断重构着信息生态和社会结构;数据开发与应用产生了各种隐私侵权、信息滥用、数据产权不清等信息内生伦理问题和外生伦理问题。对此,我们尝试用“信息管理制度”规范信息使用行为,用“负责任创新”引导算法信息价值开发,用“建设性新闻”重塑数字社会信任。 The application of intelligent technology in the media industry has greatly changed the information collection,production,processing,integration,content distribution,verification and judgment,and also brought new productivity.The scope of information collection is expanding,information distribution and push is becoming more accurate,and information application scenarios are becoming more diversified.Algorithm-based information technology is reshaping people s production,life and way of thinking,as well as the information ecology and social structure.The development and application of data has brought about a variety of endogenous and exogenous ethical problems such as privacy infringement,information abuse and unclear data property rights.For this reason,this paper attempts to standardize information use behavior with“information management system”,guide algorithm-based information value development with“responsible innovation”,and rebuild digital social trust with“constructive news”.
